ABOUT THE FILM

THE RAVE RETURNS

ALL KINDZA MADNESS is a gritty, energetic, and emotionally grounded British drama set during the explosive rise of the early 1990s rave movement. Told through the eyes of Reg, our narrator and reluctant moral anchor, the film follows a close-knit group of friends as they dive headfirst into the music, freedom, drugs, and chaos of a cultural revolution that terrified parents and reshaped a generation.

Britain, London, early 1990s. As rave culture erupts across fields and warehouses, Reg and his friends find themselves caught in the middle of a revolution: the music, the pills, the unity, the escape from reality. It's a world where teens become tribes, where nights become legends, and where the rules don’t apply — until they suddenly do.

The film tracks the group’s journey through the underbelly of a movement that offered them everything: belonging, adrenaline, identity, and a place in a world that didn’t understand them. But as the scene grows and pressures rise, the crew must navigate police, bad choices, fractured relationships, and the brutal reality that not everyone can outrun the consequences. Through Reg’s observations — honest, vulnerable, often humorous — we witness how friendship can be both salvation and destruction in a world moving too fast.

At its core, ALL KINDZA MADNESS is a coming-of-age story set against the most iconic youth culture explosion Britain has ever seen.
